Flipkart Minutes, the quick commerce service from Flipkart, rolled out a Durga Pujo campaign in Kolkata combining digital services with on-ground engagement. The initiative included free pandal rides, quicker access to Darshan, and festive kits distributed across key locations.
The campaign, titled ‘Add Yourself to Cart’, was held at major South Kolkata pandals such as Mudiali, 95 Pally, and Maddox Square. Visitors could scan a QR code at Flipkart Minutes kiosks, submit their details, and choose preferred pick-up and drop-off locations. A dedicated delivery rider was then assigned, with real-time tracking enabled through WhatsApp.
In addition to easing pandal visits, Flipkart Minutes launched ‘VIP Entry in Minutes’. Shoppers spending ₹149 or more on the platform were offered fast-track access to several popular pandals, including Jodhpur Park, Santosh Mitra Square, and College Square. Branded VIP entry points were installed to facilitate movement into these venues.
As part of the Dashami observance, Flipkart Minutes distributed baran dala kits at selected pandals. These kits included traditional items used during the Debi Boron ritual, such as paan, durva, sweets, and kumkum. The pre-packed kits were made available for visitors to collect on site.
The campaign also included out-of-home branding across Kolkata, including metro train wraps and specially designed delivery bags featuring chaalchitro-inspired visuals.
