Harmanpreet Kaur has launched CREX’s new feature, ‘Social’, a dedicated community-driven space designed to bring cricket fans closer to the sport through real-time discussions, engagement and shared match experiences.
The announcement was made through Harmanpreet Kaur’s official Instagram handle, marking a new phase in CREX’s evolution from a live cricket scores platform into a broader fan engagement ecosystem.
The Social feature allows users to post opinions, participate in match discussions, comment on conversations and interact with fellow cricket fans in real time. The platform has been designed specifically for cricket-focused interactions, aiming to keep discussions relevant and rooted in the sport.
Commenting on the launch, Purushottam Rawat, CEO, CREX, said, “Cricket has always been about conversations as much as it is about the game itself. With the Social feature, we wanted to create a space where fans can express their views, engage with each other, and be part of a larger cricket community while still keeping the experience informative and focused on the sport.”
A key element of the feature is the introduction of user profiles and AURA points, a gamified engagement layer that rewards participation and activity within the community. Users can build their presence on the platform by contributing to discussions and sharing cricket-related insights.
The launch also builds on CREX’s broader push towards fan engagement following its recent association with Delhi Capitals as the Official Fan Engagement Partner for IPL 2026.
With the addition of Social, CREX aims to move beyond passive score consumption by creating a more interactive digital cricket experience centred around conversations, reactions and community participation.
