Havas CX India, the customer experience vertical of Havas India, has appointed Amandeep Singh Kochar as Executive Vice President – Experience Strategy & Martech Head.
Based in Gurugram, Kochar will report to Manas Lahiri, Chief Growth Officer, Havas India, who is also overseeing Havas CX India operations. He will work closely with leadership teams across Havas India to position Havas CX as a central component of client engagements.
As part of his mandate, Kochar will focus on building future-ready customer experience and martech capabilities, including CRM and data analytics, while strengthening the network’s go-to-market strategy and integration across agencies within the Havas India network.

Kochar brings over 15 years of experience across India and Southeast Asia, working with enterprise brands to align brand strategy, customer experience and marketing technology for measurable business outcomes. His expertise spans first-party data programmes, personalisation at scale, CRM, martech orchestration, marketing effectiveness and transformation.
Most recently, he was with VML, where he helped build CX and commerce capabilities across India and Southeast Asia, working on regional mandates from Thailand and Malaysia. Over the past year, he also pursued an entrepreneurial consulting role focused on Bharat-first customers and brands.
His portfolio includes work for Ford, Colgate, Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever, PepsiCo and BAT, with CX case studies across brands such as Ford, IDFC and Colgate.
Kochar is also an active contributor to industry thought leadership, having authored reports for platforms including WARC, and publishes a biweekly newsletter, Marketing Mediator, on LinkedIn and Substack. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy and is a computer engineer by training.
