In a significant move to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia, Havas has announced a strategic alliance with Moonfolks, a leading independent agency in Indonesia. The collaboration merges Havas’ media expertise with Moonfolks’ strengths in integrated and digital marketing.
While Moonfolks will continue to operate independently under the leadership of Anish Daryani, Founder, CEO, and President Director, this partnership will allow for the seamless integration of media and creative services under the newly formed Havas Moonfolks umbrella. The alliance aligns with Havas' Converged strategy, which brings together diverse capabilities, platforms, and expertise into unified, seamless solutions. The core aim is to provide brands with a comprehensive offering that harnesses the power of data, media, and creativity to drive impactful results.
Through Havas Moonfolks, brands will gain access to a wide range of services, including traditional and digital advertising, social media, programmatic buying, performance marketing, creative development, and brand strategy. These services are designed to maximise impact, foster innovation, and create meaningful media experiences that resonate with today’s audiences.
Additionally, the partnership will introduce Havas’ proprietary tools and platforms, alongside new core services such as Havas Market (eCommerce), Havas Play (Content & Activation), and CSA (Data & Tech), to the dynamic Indonesian market.
Anish Daryani, Founder, CEO, and President Director of Moonfolks, will take on the additional role of President Director for Havas Moonfolks. With his industry expertise and strong market reputation, he will drive growth and innovation within the partnership. Daryani will be supported by Stefanus Christofer (Steven) as General Manager, who will collaborate closely with Pankaj Nayak, the newly appointed President for Southeast Asia, Havas Media.

The collaboration officially commenced on January 6, 2025, when Havas’ media team joined the Moonfolks team to begin operations as Havas Moonfolks.
