HDFC Life has launched its latest campaign, ‘Kal Ka Plan’, aimed at promoting the importance of financial preparedness through life insurance solutions. The initiative leverages the ongoing cricket season and the brand’s association with the Kolkata Knight Riders to drive relevance and reach.
The digital-first campaign features KKR players including Ajinkya Rahane, Ramandeep Singh and Vaibhav Arora, using relatable cricketing scenarios to communicate the benefits of term and savings plans.
Speaking on the campaign, Pritika Shah – Head – Marketing, HDFC Life – commented, “Driving deeper connect and affinity amongst audiences at a mass scale has been a core focus area for us. The digital campaign leverages on our association with the Kolkata Knight Riders and presents relatable cricket-based scenarios to explain the benefits of being financially prepared. We trust that this will resonate with audiences and encourage them to take their first step towards financial security, thereby ensuring a life of pride for their families.”
Through simple, everyday analogies, the campaign seeks to simplify financial planning and underline the role of life insurance in securing the future. It also highlights the ease of purchasing policies online via the company’s digital platforms.
The campaign will be amplified across leading digital and social media channels, building on the recently announced partnership between HDFC Life and Kolkata Knight Riders to strengthen consumer engagement during the cricket season.
