Finfinity has appointed Saaurabh R Pradhaan as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, as the company looks to strengthen its operational capabilities and scale its financial services platform.
Pradhaan brings more than 28 years of experience across banking, e-commerce, contact centres, and digital and automotive marketplaces. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening execution, building scalable systems and supporting the company’s growth strategy.
He began his career at HDFC Bank, where he worked across operations and retail banking. He later joined CarTrade and played a role in building digital solutions for the pre-owned vehicle market.
During his stint at Yes Bank, Pradhaan led several initiatives including the development of the 'Asset Desk Manager' channel and 'Spectrum Banking', while also overseeing the bank’s debit card and ATM business.
Commenting on the appointment, Pradeep Chauhan, Chief Executive Officer at Finfinity, said Pradhaan’s experience in building platforms and managing large-scale operations would support the company’s next phase of growth.
Finfinity focuses on connecting consumers with financial products through technology-driven platforms, aiming to simplify financial decision-making for users.
