Anuj Narang joins Hero Realty as Chief Sales Officer, bringing 18 years of expertise to drive growth and sales in key markets across India

Hero Realty Appoints Anuj Narang as Chief Sales Officer

Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has appointed Anuj Narang as its Chief Sales Officer. With over 18 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector, Narang brings extensive industry knowledge and sales expertise. Prior to joining Hero Realty, he served as Vice President - Sales at DLF Ltd., where he was instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement.

In his new role, Narang will lead sales operations for Hero Realty across India as the company aims to expand its portfolio in NCR and key markets. His leadership is expected to be vital in driving the company’s growth and strengthening its market presence.

Commenting on the appointment, Madhur Gupta, CEO of Hero Realty, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Anuj Narang to the Hero Realty family as our Chief Sales Officer. Hero Realty continues to expand its footprint in the Indian real estate market. Its flagship project, Hero Homes 104, a premium residential development spread across 9 acres in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, comprises 8 towers and 1,144 units. The project recently received the Occupation Certificate and will be handed over to buyers soon. In an effort to strengthen its presence in the plotted development segment, the company launched Hero Earth, a dedicated vertical for such developments in major North Indian cities. One of its notable projects, The Ark in Sector 85, Gurugram, a 5-acre plotted development, saw all 77 plots sold, generating approximately Rs 180 crore. Recently, Hero Realty expanded into the Sonipat market through a partnership with the Spiti Group. This new venture marks the second project under Hero Earth, further solidifying the brand’s position in premium plotted developments.

With Anuj Narang leading sales efforts, Hero Realty is set for robust growth as it continues to innovate and expand its portfolio, delivering world-class residential experiences to customers across India.
