Infosys has appointed Ashiss Kumar Dash as Chief Executive Officer-designate, with the company confirming that he will succeed Salil Parekh as Managing Director and CEO from 1 April 2027, subject to the necessary approvals.
A company veteran with more than three decades at Infosys, Dash currently leads a diverse portfolio spanning services, utilities, resources, energy and enterprise sustainability. He has also played a key role in driving the company's AI-led transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Parekh will continue to serve as Managing Director and CEO until the end of his second term on 31 March 2027, ensuring a planned leadership transition.
