Livpure has introduced a new initiative titled ‘Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB)’ on the occasion of World Water Day, aimed at promoting conscious water consumption.
The initiative is based on the observation that while awareness around water conservation has increased, everyday behaviour often does not reflect it. According to the company, a significant amount of water is wasted daily across offices, cafés and public spaces, including unfinished glasses in meetings and the frequent use of single-use bottled water.
The BYOB initiative encourages individuals to carry reusable water bottles and consume only as much water as needed. The campaign highlights simple behavioural changes such as pouring limited quantities and avoiding wastage as part of daily routines.

As part of the rollout, Livpure has introduced an on-ground activation at its head office, where employees and visitors are invited to participate in a pledge-signing activity focused on mindful water consumption. The initiative also includes the distribution of reusable steel bottles carrying conservation messaging.
Nitin Malhotra, Chief Marketing Officer, Livpure, said "Water is not just a resource, it is the foundation of life, yet its value is often realized only in scarcity. At Livpure, we have consistently championed access to pure, safe drinking water while equally advocating for responsible consumption. Our commitment goes beyond purification; through innovations such as high-recovery RO systems offering up to 60% water recovery, we are actively working to minimise wastage and maximise impact. With initiatives like ‘Bring Your Own Bottle’, we aim to shift the narrative from passive awareness to conscious action, because the future of water depends on the choices we make today."
The campaign also includes a digital component developed in collaboration with Vox Pop artist Siddharth Amar. The content, based on street interviews in Delhi, explores the gap between awareness and action in water conservation practices.
Through the initiative, Livpure aims to encourage behaviour-led change while continuing its broader focus on water sustainability and responsible consumption.
