Meta has appointed Akshay Gandotra as Global Marketing Lead, Business Messaging, the veteran shared through a LinkedIn post.
In his new role, he will be responsible for building executive engagement programs for WhatsApp Business Platform and Business AI, connecting C-suites leaders.
With nearly two decades of experience as Global B2B marketing executive, Gandotra’s immediate venture was with Amazon Web Services, serving as Global partner Marketing Leader- SAP. He was associated with Amazon for more than 5 years.
Prior to that, Gandotra was associated with IRI, serving as Vice President in Product Marketing. His earlier career chain was linked with Infogroup and LexisNexis.
