Campbell’s has appointed Mohit Anand as Executive Vice President and President, Snacks, effective February 23, 2026. In his new role, Anand will oversee the company’s portfolio of snack brands, including Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory, and Late July.
Anand will report to Campbell’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mick Beekhuizen and will join the company’s Operating Committee as an Executive Officer. He succeeds Elizabeth Duggan, who is leaving the company.

His proven general management capabilities and strong commercial acumen will help return our Snacks division to sustainable growth.”
With more than three decades of experience across food, beverage and consumer packaged goods, Anand joins Campbell’s from Kellanova, now part of Mars, Incorporated. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager in the Accelerator division of Mars Snacking and was part of the integration team. Before that, he led Kellanova’s frozen food business in Chicago.
Earlier in his career, Anand led Kellogg’s Snacks business across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and headed Unilever’s water and beverages business from London. He began his CPG journey at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 15 years in senior marketing and general management roles across Asia.
Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Panjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and a master’s in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
