In a country where seven out of 10 people don’t meet their daily protein needs and 90 percent are still unsure how much protein they actually require, Not Rocket Science (NRS) has unveiled a campaign titled Protein for the Rest of Us.
This nationwide campaign aims to make protein less intimidating, more relatable, and ultimately a part of everyday Indian life. It targets working professionals, tired parents, students, and anyone trying to feel better, not just look different.
To bring this message to life, Not Rocket Science has partnered with actor Tanuj Virwani where he speaks about benefits of having adaptogens in the protein shake. He showcases Protein Punch, a ready to drink shake that delivers 26 grams of protein and 280 mg of Ashwagandha in a format that is lactose free, gluten free, and has no added sugar.
The campaign also features content creator Varun Verma who speaks about the convenience of having RTD innovation in protein shakes which makes consuming protein scoop free and stress free. The campaign features other content creators like Snigdha and Saif Khan —each representing a different lifestyle where protein fits in quietly but powerfully.
Protein Punch is available on NotRocketScience.in, Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart, and will soon roll out across Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.
“Our campaign is proof that protein shakes aren’t just for bodybuilders”, said Arjun Patel, Founder of Not Rocket Science. “They’re for anyone who wants to feel stronger—physically, mentally. Protein isn’t extreme. It’s essential.”
