Ogilvy has announced the promotion of Sujoy Roy and Nitin Srivastava to the role of Chief Creative Officers (CCOs) for Ogilvy Gurugram.

About Sujoy Roy
Sujoy Roy is a true Ogilvian, having joined the agency straight from college two decades ago. Over the course of his 20-year career, Sujoy has worked across three Ogilvy offices – in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Colombo, Sri Lanka – consistently showcasing his creative talents.
Though his official title has always been ‘Copywriter,’ Sujoy’s skills extend far beyond that, seamlessly blending art and copy thanks to his fine arts diploma. Seven years ago, he merged his dual expertise to establish and lead the Ogilvy Design Cell across India.
Sujoy has earned numerous awards throughout his career, with campaigns that have made a mark at prestigious events such as Cannes, Clio, One Show, the London International Festival, Ad Fest Asia Pacific, and many prominent Indian advertising awards. His work spans major brands like Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, Marico, ITC, Asian Paints, Zandu, M P Birla, Pantaloons, and Eveready.
Sujoy has also played a vital role in building Ogilvy East, crafting culturally resonant campaigns in Bengali that demonstrate the power of great advertising to transcend geography and language. He is known for his sharp, innovative, and curious creative spirit, always striving to push the boundaries with big ideas.
About Nitin Srivastava
Nitin Srivastava, a painter turned designer and art director, has over 25 years of experience at the intersection of work and art. A graduate of the Delhi College of Art, Nitin also studied at Central Saint Martins, London.
Currently serving as Senior Executive Creative Director and Creative Head (Luxury and Beauty) for Ogilvy North, Nitin has an extensive portfolio spanning various categories, with notable work for brands such as Coca-Cola, Absolut, Chivas, Jameson, MINI, The Park Hotels, Incredible India, and WWF. He has played a significant role in building iconic brands for Pernod Ricard in the alcobev market over the past two decades.
Nitin has amassed over 100 accolades at major award shows, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, London International, and Adfest. His work has been featured in Communication Arts and the Best of Ogilvy Worldwide, and he has been named one of the most prominent art directors in the world. Nitin has also served on several international juries.
Outside of work, Nitin enjoys a creative personal life in Delhi with his dog, February, and balances his dynamic career with a rich creative and social life.
