OpenAI has appointed Dali Rajic as its new Chief Revenue Officer, with Rajic set to lead the company’s global revenue organisation. The appointment comes as the company looks to scale its commercial operations and strengthen its enterprise business.
Rajic will be responsible for building what OpenAI describes as the revenue operating system required for its next phase of growth. He brings experience in running metrics-led revenue organisations and working with both large enterprise customers and technical buyers.
Most recently, Rajic served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Wiz, the cybersecurity company recently acquired by Google. Before joining Wiz, he was President and COO at Zscaler and Chief Customer and Revenue Officer at AppDynamics.
Rajic succeeds Denise Dresser, who joined OpenAI as CRO in December 2025. Dresser will leave the company to pursue other opportunities and will remain during a transition period to support the business and its customers.
Greg Brockman, President and Co-Founder, OpenAI, said: “We’re moving into a compute-powered economy, with AI becoming embedded in every workflow. Denise has led our revenue organization through a formative period for the business and has worked tirelessly to get the team to where it is today. The way we’re deploying this technology is changing rapidly, and Dali will turn what we’ve learned into repeatable execution as we build out the full system to make AI broadly useful for people and businesses.”
Dali Rajic, Chief Revenue Officer, OpenAI, said: “OpenAI has extraordinary technology, products that more than one billion people already love, and enormous market pull. I’m excited to join the team, build on the momentum already in place, and lead the revenue organization as we help customers realize the full value of AI.”
OpenAI has also formed a strategic partnership with Chad Peets and RPT Partners to support its efforts to build out its go-to-market organisation. The company said the partnership will support its broader commercial expansion as enterprise adoption of AI accelerates.
