OZiva has launched its Acne Spot Corrector, a 100% plant-powered solution designed to reduce active acne within 24 hours without compromising the skin barrier.
Ahead of the launch, the wellness and beauty brand adopted a consumer-first approach through its campaign, "If She Says No, We Don't Launch". OZiva partnered with acne advocate Prableen Kaur Bhomrah, who tested the product alongside 100 members of her community before it was released to the market.

Sharing her experience, Prableen Kaur Bhomrah, said,"For anyone who has dealt with acne, skincare is never just about products; it is about trust. What stood out to me about this campaign was the freedom to share my honest experience without filters or scripted messaging. My community has always valued authenticity, especially when it comes to conversations around acne and skin confidence. It was refreshing to see a brand willing to place consumer trust above traditional marketing. That openness is what made this collaboration meaningful, and I believe it reflects what today's beauty consumers are looking for."
According to the company, the product was clinically evaluated on Indian acne-prone skin, demonstrating a 25.72% reduction in overall acne severity within seven days, with visible improvement reported across all participants.

Dr Ratna Upadhyay, Sr. Manager R&D at OZiva, said, “With OZiva Spot Corrector, our goal was to develop a next-generation acne correction formula that addresses the multiple biological drivers of acne, including excess sebum production, inflammation, follicular congestion, microbiome imbalance, and post-acne pigmentation. Clinically benchmarked against conventional salicylic acid-led acne care, the OZiva Acne Care + Spot Corrector contains plant actives which has demonstrated 60% acne reduction in four weeks versus approximately 23.8% with conventional salicylic acid benchmarks, along with up to 58% reduction in sebum overproduction and 15% improvement in skin hydration, reinforcing that acne correction does not have to come at the cost of skin comfort.”
Following positive feedback from the trial, the Acne Spot Corrector is now available through OZiva's direct-to-consumer platform, quick commerce channels and leading online marketplaces.
