Piush Kothari has been appointed as Chief Customer Experience Officer at Croma. He shared the development through a LinkedIn post, announcing his new role at the consumer electronics retail chain.
“Excited to share that I've joined Croma as the Chief Customer Experience Officer! Croma has been a trusted name in consumer electronics for millions of Indians, and I am thrilled to be part of this much loved brand”, the LinkedIn post read.
Expressing enthusiasm on the new role, Kothari said, “I'm looking forward to working with Shibashish and the incredible team at Croma where we want to keep raising the bar by keeping customers at the centre of what we do. From the moment someone comes to any of our store - physical or online, all through the ownership experience”.
Kothari most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Subscriptions (SVOD) and Media at JioHotstar, where he was responsible for driving subscription growth and partnerships. Prior to this, he spent nearly six years at The Walt Disney Company.
He brings over 24 years of experience across industries and has held leadership roles at organisations including Welspun Group, Aditya Birla Group and Accenture.
