The brand film opens with a Policybazaar advisor making calls about term life insurance, only to face dismissals. Even in person, the meeting proves to be no more successful. However, when the advisor learns that a customer’s INR 2 crore term insurance claim has been approved, he approaches the family not just with news but with the reassurance that, even in loss, they now have the financial stability to move forward. The policyholder’s wife expresses her gratitude, thanking the advisor for helping her husband make the decision that will now secure their future.
