Policybazaar has launched a new brand campaign centred on real-life customer experiences during insurance claims. The campaign features a series of short films where families describe how the company assisted them during medical emergencies and bereavements.
The campaign presents a range of personal stories, including that of three-year-old Akshar, whose sudden hospitalisation required quick support. According to his family, Policybazaar’s claims team helped manage the hospital process and facilitated a claim settlement.
Another case features 62-year-old Mrs Mangala, whose daughter Gauri recounts the company’s role during her mother’s kidney operation. Similarly, Mr Pankaj Kumar, who faced repeated hospitalisations, received assistance in settling multiple high-value claims, allowing him to concentrate on his recovery.
Mr Murali D S shared how the company supported his family throughout his father’s three-year-long cancer treatment, during which claims totalling Rs 1 crore were settled.
The campaign also includes term life insurance cases. Mr Dhiraj Arora, now a single parent, spoke about how his wife Dipti’s policy helped fund their son’s education after her passing. Mrs Shweta Kumari shared how she managed household responsibilities and her children’s education after the death of her husband Nitesh, with the aid of Policybazaar’s claims team.
