R K SWAMY Limited has strengthened its media leadership with the appointment of Navin Kathuria as President of R K SWAMY Media Group and Vandana Ramkrishna Acharya as Executive Vice President. Kathuria will be based in Mumbai, while Acharya will operate from Chennai.
Kathuria brings more than 26 years of experience across the media industry. Most recently, he was a senior media leader at DDB Mudra, where he played a key role in driving digital transformation and expanding new-age media capabilities. Having begun his career at R K SWAMY, he now returns to lead the group's media business.

Acharya joins from Madison Media Ace, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing multi-region operations and delivering integrated media campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. In her new role, she will focus on expanding the company's presence across South and East India.
