Ram Jayaraman (Cobain), who was the CCO of Mullen Lintas prior to the IPG- Omnicom merger is moving on. Jayaraman has confirmed to IMPACT that he is joining Target Corporation India (on the brand side) as the Senior Director of Creative. Ram will be based out of Bangalore.
Ram Jayaraman, also known in industry circles as Ram Cobain, is a seasoned creative leader with over two decades of experience in advertising and brand storytelling. He has built a career that spans both traditional agencies and digital platforms, including a significant stint at Meta’s Creative Shop, where he worked as a creative strategist for six years. Before that, he held leadership roles at agencies such as Wunderman Thompson and Grey, contributing to campaigns across a wide spectrum of categories and clients like Pepsi, Unilever, Sony, and ITC.
Target Corporation’s India arm supports the parent company Target across functions like technology, data and analytics, marketing, supply chain, merchandising, finance, and HR, helping run and improve its operations worldwide. The team in India builds digital products, manages data, optimises logistics, and develops innovations that power Target’s stores and online business in the US.
