Rustomjee has partnered with Ogilvy India to launch 'Thoughtfully Designed for Families', an integrated brand campaign that repositions homes as spaces built for relationships and belonging rather than just assets defined by specifications and amenities.
The campaign spans a manifesto film, print, outdoor and digital platforms, marking a strategic departure from conventional real estate advertising. Built around the belief that "every family deserves to live in thoughtfully designed living spaces," it explores the idea that homes are shaped as much by the people and memories they hold as by their physical design.
Through a series of storytelling-led creatives, the campaign expands the definition of family beyond immediate relatives to include neighbours, communities and shared experiences, reinforcing Rustomjee's philosophy of thoughtful living.
Commenting on the campaign, Rushabh Shah, Chief Marketing Officer, Rustomjee Group, said, "Our industry has spent years talking about building homes for families. We felt the definition of family itself needed to expand. Family isn't only the people who share your surname. It's the neighbour who checks in on you. It's the tree your child grows up climbing. It's the people and places that quietly become part of your life. At Rustomjee, working with Ogilvy, we asked ourselves a simple question: what is a home really for? Not what it has, but what it enables. The answer was family—in its fullest, most generous sense. That's the philosophy behind this campaign."
Hirol Gandhi, President and Head of Office, Ogilvy Mumbai & Kolkata, added, "Real estate as a category has often been preoccupied with selling luxury, sometimes at the expense of celebrating the lives that make a house a home. This campaign moves the conversation beyond square feet and specifications to the moments, relationships and memories that truly define a home."
Alongside the campaign, Rustomjee has also introduced a limited-period payment plan across select projects, featuring lower booking amounts, deferred payment structures and possession-linked schemes, aimed at making home ownership more accessible. The campaign is being rolled out across digital, social, print, outdoor and on-ground touchpoints under the brand message, 'Thoughtful is who we are. Family is who we are for.'
