Samsung Ads India has elevated Nishit Kanchan to General Manager & Head of Revenue. Kanchan shared the update through a LinkedIn post.
In his new role, Kanchan will lead revenue strategy and growth initiatives for Samsung Ads in India.
“Grateful, energized, and ready to lead the next chapter at Samsung Ads. Four years ago, I embarked on a journey with Samsung Ads. Today, I am incredibly humbled and proud to share that I am stepping into a new chapter as General Manager & Head of Revenue – India,” he wrote.
Reflecting on his time with the company, Kanchan highlighted Samsung Ads’ role in the evolution of connected TV advertising.
“Reflecting on these past four years, it’s been more than just a career milestone; it’s been a front-row seat to a revolution. We didn’t just join the CTV (Connected TV) industry—we helped define it. In an era where the living room has been rediscovered, Samsung Ads has remained at the forefront, acting as the pioneer in shaping how brands connect with the modern, data-driven viewer,” he wrote.
He also noted that the journey had been personally significant, adding that recognitions such as e4m 40 Under 40 Revenue Leader (2026) and Agency Reporter’s 30 Under 30 (2024) were affirmations of the work being done in the adtech ecosystem.
Prior to this elevation, Kanchan served as Sales Head – India. He joined Samsung Ads in January 2022 as Chief Manager.
Earlier in his career, Kanchan has worked with Times Internet, ZigWheels, and Business Standard.
