tgthr., the integrated creative, media, and production agency, has bolstered its leadership team with two senior appointments. Shamima Pereira joins as Business Head, while Sonia Kumar has been named AVP – Strategy & Brand Solutions Lead.
Pereira brings over 14 years of experience across agencies such as FCB Ulka, Leo Burnett, Publicis, Scarecrow, and The Womb, with a strong track record in managing a diverse mix of brands. Over the years, she has worked with both global and Indian names including Amul, Indian Oil, Garnier Colour Naturals, NBA, Heineken, Cathay Pacific Airways, Reliance Jewels, Tourism Australia, Dinshaw’s, Vicco, and Nilkamal. In her new role, Pereira will focus on deepening client relationships and driving business growth across markets.

Kumar comes on board as Strategy Head, bringing extensive experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing communications. She has previously worked with agencies such as Leo Burnett, Dentsu Webchutney, and DDB Mudra, partnering with brands across categories including QSR, tech, automobiles, FMCG, beauty, baby care, wellness, film marketing, and textiles. Her portfolio includes brands such as McDonald’s, ASUS, HONOR, Piaggio, Piramal, Swiggy, Nestlé, AlcoBev, Platinum, Hilton, and Starbucks. At tgthr., Kumar will lead the strategy function, collaborating closely with creative and media teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven solutions for clients.
