IndusInd Bank has appointed Sheran Mehra as its Chief Marketing Officer.
Mehra joins the bank from Tata Digital, where she most recently served as Chief Business Officer. In that role, she was responsible for loyalty growth initiatives for Indian Hotels on Tata Neu, overseeing an increase in loyalty contribution and gross merchandise value through direct digital channels.
She was a founding team member of Tata Neu and previously held the position of Chief Brand Officer. During her tenure, she led the launch of Tata Neu’s brand identity and consumer experience design, as well as its digital engagement strategy.
At IndusInd Bank, Mehra will be responsible for leading the brand, marketing, and digital engagement strategy. Her focus will be on enhancing the bank’s positioning within the financial sector.
Mehra has over 25 years of experience across organisations including DBS Bank, Barclays, Mahindra Holidays, HSBC, and advertising firms such as Ogilvy. Her background spans banking, travel, consumer goods, and digital services.
