SoCheers, India’s leading independent digital-first creative agency, has announced the strategic appointment of Rajni Daswani as Chief Growth Officer - People & Business. This move recognises Daswani’s exceptional leadership and proven ability to drive operational excellence while fostering significant people growth, aligning with SoCheers’ ongoing success in the digital landscape.

Daswani’s journey with SoCheers began over 11 years ago in 2014, when she joined the Brand Experience team, handling some of the agency’s marquee clients. She progressively advanced through the ranks, ultimately leading the team, showcasing her versatility and strategic vision. As Director - Digital Marketing over the past three years, Daswani further solidified her impact across multiple teams, including Brand Experience, New Business, Strategy & Planning, and HR functions, particularly employee engagement and wellness. She has been instrumental in cultivating a collaborative, high-performance environment, resulting in key milestones in people and client satisfaction as well as agency efficiency.

In her new role as Chief Growth Officer - People & Business, Daswani will work closely with co-founders Mehul Gupta and Siddharth Devnani to lead strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth in both business and talent. This dual focus reflects SoCheers’ belief that business success is deeply interconnected with company culture, talent, and client relationships.
