Social Panga Appoints Soumabha Nandi as EVP - Creative Strategy & Growth

Social Panga, a leading integrated creative and digital marketing agency, has announced the appointment of Soumabha Nandi as Executive Vice President - Creative Strategy & Growth. This strategic move is part of the agency’s expansion plans to enhance its creative and strategic capabilities, with a focus on driving innovation, storytelling, and business impact.

In his new role, Soumabha (also known as Som) will lead the agency’s creative vision and steer its strategic evolution to craft compelling brand narratives and deliver high-impact marketing solutions. In addition to leading campaigns, he will focus on new business, nurturing a culture of collaboration and creativity, and implementing strategic methodologies to elevate the agency’s approach. As a strong advocate for mentorship, Som will play a key role in fostering talent and creating an environment that turns bold ideas into tangible results.

With over 13 years of experience in brand transformation, Som brings deep knowledge of the intersection between creativity, effectiveness, and business growth. He has worked with notable brands such as Flipkart, Disney+ Hotstar, Max Fashion, Aurelia, W For Woman, Aldo, Birkenstock, Lucknow Supergiants, Zee5, Hero Group, Reliance Group, Star Network, Patanjali, PhonePe, Razorpay, McDonald's, and Domino's.
