Sweet Truth, a Rebel Foods brand, has launched a Father’s Day campaign titled ‘Shot on PaPhone’, celebrating the unique way fathers document family moments through their phone galleries.
The campaign is built around a familiar observation: while dads may not be the most polished photographers, they are often the ones capturing birthdays, family gatherings, milestones, holidays and everyday moments that matter. Their photographs may be blurry, tilted or imperfectly framed, but they preserve memories that families cherish for years.
As part of the campaign, Sweet Truth is showcasing cake photographs across social media and food delivery platforms that resemble the kind of candid images fathers typically take during celebrations. Instead of polished product photography, the brand has embraced authentic, real-life images that reflect the warmth and spontaneity often found in a dad’s camera roll.

The initiative also invites consumers to revisit their fathers’ phone galleries and share memorable photographs and the stories behind them. Selected entries will be featured on Sweet Truth’s social media channels, extending the campaign into a larger celebration of family memories.
Commenting on the campaign, Nishant Kedia, CMO, Rebel Foods, said, “Dads are often the most enthusiastic photographers in the family, but rarely the most polished ones. Their pictures may be blurry, tilted, poorly framed, or miss the perfect lighting altogether, but they never miss the moment that matters. A birthday candle being blown out, a graduation smile, a family gathering, or a simple everyday celebration — dads capture memories exactly as they happen. With ‘Shot on PaPhone’, we wanted to celebrate these imperfect yet priceless photographs that sit quietly in every dad’s camera roll.”
Through the Father’s Day initiative, Sweet Truth highlights how a father’s camera roll often serves as a personal archive of family milestones, capturing moments not for social media perfection but for the memories they hold.
