Actor Tiger Shroff and entrepreneur Krishna Shroff on Monday announced the launch of Matrix Wellness, the latest addition to their growing Matrix brand. The centre expands the siblings’ vision of an integrated fitness and wellness ecosystem, bringing together training, recovery, movement and wellbeing. Together, MMA Matrix Gym Mumbai and Matrix Wellness span a combined 10,000 sq. ft.
Talking about the launch, Tiger Shroff, Co-Founder, Matrix said, “With Matrix Wellness, we wanted to build on what we have always believed: that fitness is not just about training, but also about how you recover, move and take care of yourself. As co-founders, Krishna and I wanted to create a space where people can explore different approaches to wellness, whether they are active in sports and fitness or simply looking to feel better in their everyday lives. Bringing these experiences together under one roof is an exciting step for us, and I hope Matrix Wellness encourages more people to make their wellbeing a part of their lifestyle.”

Matrix Wellness builds on the Shroff family’s existing ventures, including MMA Matrix Gyms, a network of fitness centres offering gym facilities and training experiences, and Matrix Fight Night (MFN), an MMA promotion platform.
