TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director for a period of five consecutive years, effective May 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Shanmugam is currently the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Mablle, an AI-enabled interior design and renovation platform based in Singapore. He has also worked with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, advising businesses on growth and strategy.
An alumnus of University of Oxford, Shanmugam brings experience across technology, digital transformation, AI-led platforms and strategic governance.
The company stated that the appointment is aimed at strengthening the board’s expertise across technology-led business transformation and governance.
