Uber appoints Balaji Krishnamurthy as CFO

Uber has appointed Balaji Krishnamurthy as its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah.

Mahendra-Rajah will continue as a senior finance advisor to Chief Executive Officer Dara Khosrowshahi until July 1, 2026.

Krishnamurthy currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Finance. He has been with Uber since 2019 and previously led investor relations between 2020 and 2023.

The company reported a 20% quarter-on-quarter increase in revenue, reaching $14.4 billion.
