Vanita Keswani has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Madison Media Sigma after 30 years with the organisation.
Madison Media Sigma is part of Madison World.
Keswani announced her decision in a LinkedIn post, reflecting on her tenure and outlining plans to begin an independent entrepreneurial venture.
"They say time flies, but looking back at the last three decades, it feels more like time has built so much! As I step out of the doors of Madison as an employee, I leave with a trove of cherished memories and relationships," the LinkedIn post read.
"I am leaving a piece of my heart here, as I take with me the lessons of a lifetime. I am excited to apply all that I have learnt into my independent entrepreneurial work," the post added.
In her message, Keswani said that while time seems to fly, the past 30 years have "built so much". She referred to a culture of transparency and an environment that supported her professional and personal development.
Keswani thanked her mentors and leaders for their feedback and support, and acknowledged her teams, past and present, recalling periods of crisis management and shared successes.
