Yes Securities has introduced 'ExtraordiNARI Voices', a new storytelling platform designed to highlight the journeys of women who break boundaries and impact society through their achievements. The platform builds on the organisation’s ongoing ExtraordiNARI initiative, which earlier included campaigns such as Gift Her the Future, and expands it into a narrative-focused and experiential format through Voices.
The first chapter of 'ExtraordiNARI Voices' was hosted for Yes Securities employees as an intimate session that aimed to create space for authentic stories centred on personal resolve, lived experiences and forms of courage that often remain unnoticed.
The full inaugural session with Kaamya Karthikeyan, including her detailed journey and the fireside conversation, can be viewed here:
For its debut, 'ExtraordiNARI Voices' featured Kaamya Karthikeyan, a mountaineer who recently became the youngest female in the world to complete the Seven Summits after summiting Mt. Vinson in Antarctica. She is also the youngest Indian and the second youngest girl in the world to summit Mount Everest from the Nepal side, and her achievements span several continents. Kaamya is the youngest non-American to summit Denali, the youngest girl in the world to scale Aconcagua and has completed a ski descent from Mount Elbrus at a young age. She is also a recipient of the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar, India’s highest civilian honour for achievers under 18.
Kaamya opened the series by sharing an account of her journey, speaking summit by summit about her expeditions and the discipline required to prepare for extreme environments. Her keynote address, titled MISSION SAHAS: If I Can, U Can, focused on consistency, early conditioning, mental preparedness and the internal work that supports pursuit of challenging goals. She later joined Anshul Arzare, MD and CEO of Yes Securities, for a fireside conversation that discussed mindset, motivation and purpose as key drivers of exceptional achievements.
Speaking at the launch, Anshul Arzare, MD & CEO, Yes Securities, said, “ExtraordiNARI Voices reflects our belief that women’s stories of ambition and courage deserve platforms that honour them with sincerity and depth. Kaamya’s journey is a reminder that when young people are supported with purpose, their potential becomes truly limitless.”
'ExtraordiNARI Voices' is planned as an ongoing platform that will spotlight women from varied fields and lived experiences. It reiterates the organisation’s focus on representation and on creating meaningful culture-building experiences within the workplace. Kaamya’s story also connects with a broader social context, especially for young audiences growing up in the digital era. Her journey highlights the value of fitness, outdoor exposure and the pursuit of unconventional passions such as mountaineering. Her disciplined approach and clarity of purpose are positioned as encouragement for young individuals exploring adventurous hobbies or alternative career paths.
With the opening session featuring a young achiever whose experiences motivate many, Yes Securities signals the next chapter of its ExtraordiNARI initiative, aimed at sharing stories that broaden perspectives and support a more inclusive culture.
