Vipul Bandekar has joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited as Director - Marketing for Z Sports. Announcing his new appointment on LinkedIn, Bandekar described it as an opportunity to build a new sports ecosystem. In his new position, he will focus on strengthening the brand, growing audiences, and building connections between sporting properties, brands, and fans.
Bandekar brings over a decade of sports marketing experience, having worked on properties such as the Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC tournaments, Pro Kabaddi League, and Indian Super League (ISL). Prior to joining Zee Entertainment, he spent over four years at JioStar.
He has also worked with Star TV Network, Mindshare, and Network Advertising.
