BY TEAM IMPACT
06th December 2024
NextGen Agency Leaders

IMPACT Top 30 Under 30 has, year after year, celebrated the brightest young talents in the agency world. This flagship property of IMPACT Magazine has honoured the rising stars shaping the future of the industry in a glittering ceremony, with top professionals and some of the most illustrious names from past editions in attendance. This year marks the 11th edition of the awards, and with it, a sharper focus on the Digital realm—reflecting how rapidly the industry is evolving. This year, we received nearly 200 entries out of which close to 70 candidates presented themselves to the Jury for further evaluation. The Jury meet took place in two sessions.

IMPACT Top 30 Under 30 2024 showcases a new generation of professionals, all under 30, already making significant strides as entrepreneurs, creatives, and innovators in advertising and media. These young minds are essential to the future of the industry, as they view the world through a fresh, modern lens. Their interpretations of truth, reality, and society will ultimately shape what matters most in the years to come. It is crucial that we not only recognise but celebrate their talent.

This year’s list features professionals from diverse backgrounds: creative agencies, digital agencies, media agencies, influencer marketing agencies, content agencies, performance marketing agencies and also from finance among others. Notably, a couple of this year’s honourees are also young entrepreneurs who have ventured out on their own to create impactful businesses.

Among the 30 winners, there are 16 women and 14 men, selected from close to 200 nominations. At IMPACT, we like to echo the sentiment in ‘The Fountainhead’ by Ayn Rand, where Howard Roark, declares, “I don’t build in order to have clients. I have clients in order to build.” This speaks to the bold, and passionate nature of this year’s winners—young individuals who aren’t just following the status quo but are carving their own paths and shaping the future. So, without further ado, we present the IMPACT Top 30 Under 30 2024 list.

It is not only brands that benefit from Emmanuel’s efforts.
