Adobe has announced the general availability of CX Enterprise Coworker, an agentic AI-powered solution designed to help organisations automate customer experience workflows and drive measurable business outcomes.
The offering forms part of Adobe's broader CX Enterprise platform and is designed to act as an intelligence layer across enterprise applications, synthesising data from Adobe and third-party systems while coordinating AI agents across analytics, content creation, customer journey orchestration and marketing operations.
Adobe said the solution is aimed at helping businesses move beyond AI experimentation by enabling workflow automation and outcome-driven execution across customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
“Many organisations are struggling to translate AI adoption into measurable business results,” said Anjul Bhambhri, SVP of engineering, Customer Experience Orchestration, Adobe. “CX Enterprise Coworker was built to help teams deliver better outcomes, reshaping workflows with agentic AI that is grounded in brand, customer and channel intelligence.”
According to Adobe, the platform can be used across several business functions. For marketing campaigns, it can automate processes ranging from audience identification and content creation to customer journey design and campaign execution. In customer engagement, the platform continuously monitors performance signals and adjusts workflows to improve conversion and retention outcomes. It can also streamline marketing operations by automating brand governance, compliance checks, approvals and cross-functional collaboration.
The solution is built on open standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), enabling interoperability across enterprise technology stacks. Adobe said CX Enterprise Coworker can work across Adobe applications as well as third-party AI platforms from Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OpenAI.
The launch also expands Adobe's broader CX Enterprise ecosystem, which is powered by Adobe Experience Platform. The company said the platform currently powers more than one trillion customer experiences annually and serves as the contextual intelligence layer supporting agentic workflows.
Adobe will offer CX Enterprise Coworker as both a standalone product and an add-on for existing Adobe customers. The company said businesses can begin with introductory pricing and scale usage based on the value generated from AI-powered workflow orchestration and automation.
