Beatit Entertainment has announced two key cricket-related mandates for 2025, marking an expansion of its role across national tournaments and venue operations.
Under its collaboration with Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Beatit Entertainment has been appointed to manage end-to-end match entertainment for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 and the playoff match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) scheduled in New Chandigarh. The mandate spans planning, production and execution of in-stadium entertainment elements, including virtual reality games, light and sound shows, and synchronised fireworks aimed at enhancing live spectator engagement during high-viewership fixtures.
In parallel, Beatit Entertainment has also been appointed as the venue operations and entertainment management partner for the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) at the Dharamshala Cricket Stadium. The scope of work at the venue includes hospitality management, stadium aesthetics, match-day entertainment programming, branding and overlays, as well as coordinated light and firework displays.
As part of the Dharamshala assignment, the company redesigned premium hospitality areas using zone-specific thematic concepts. Corporate Boxes were executed in a red and gold theme, the VVIP enclosure followed a black-and-white design approach, while the Clubhouse adopted a metallic blue and silver palette. Enhancements across these zones included redesigned buffet layouts, curated bar installations, decorative wall panelling and distinct visual identities for each hospitality section.
In addition, more than 30,000 square feet of concourse branding and visual installations were deployed across spectator movement areas to elevate the overall stadium environment.
Following feedback from the inaugural match in Mohali, HPCA sought an upgraded mid-innings entertainment format for the Dharamshala fixture. In response, Beatit Entertainment delivered a three-minute synchronised performance combining precision fireworks choreography, laser lighting and coordinated stadium illumination. Timed with India’s first-innings performance, the mid-innings show generated heightened crowd engagement and saw significant traction on social media platforms, with visuals from the display widely shared.
The combined mandates with BCCI and HPCA underscore Beatit Entertainment’s growing involvement across national cricket tournaments and stadium operations, positioning the company as an execution partner for match-day entertainment, venue experience and large-scale sporting events in India.
