Bowlers, the pet food division of Allana Consumer Products (ACPL), unveiled a campaign that celebrates the bond between pets and their parents with cricketer Shubman Gill as brand ambassador. The campaign draws a parallel between cricket and pet parenting. Just as every Batsman needs a bowler to win, every pet needs a caring parent to provide the right nutrition, companionship, and love.
Gill stars in an unexpected role, not as a batsman but as a bowler, symbolising how pets are “bowled over” by the love and care of their parents. Drawing on cricket's timeless partnership between bowler and batsman, the film uses this bond as a metaphor for the relationship between dogs and their families.
The campaign will also feature extensive presence across OOH, radio collaborations, sampling with RWAs (Resident Welfare Association), cricket tournaments and cinema advertisements creating awareness around balanced nutrition.
