Cleartrip turns workplace fatigue into holiday recommendations with ‘Tiredness Meter’

Cleartrip, a Flipkart company, has introduced the ‘Tiredness Meter’, an activation that uses AI to assess visible signs of fatigue and recommend holiday destinations based on the result.

The activation was deployed at a tech park in Bengaluru on September 1 and 2, where participants stood in front of an AI-powered screen that analysed indicators such as dark circles, slouch degree and other fatigue markers to generate a tiredness percentage.

Based on the reading, the system recommended a holiday destination and generated an image of the participant at the suggested destination. Participants also received additional discounts on curated holiday packages, linking the destination recommendation with travel booking options.

The digital campaign was launched with a print advertisement, while the Tiredness Meter is now available nationally through Cleartrip’s app and social media handles. Users can check their tiredness level, receive a personalised destination recommendation and explore holiday options based on the result.

The campaign uses workplace fatigue as the starting point for a travel-planning experience, positioning the ‘Tiredness Meter’ as a way to connect a user’s perceived need for a break with a potential holiday destination.
