Dr. Fixit, the waterproofing solutions brand from Pidilite Industries, has extended its 'Paani hai baahar, sookha hai andar' proposition to the Pandharpur Wari 2026 through an on-ground initiative supporting Warkaris undertaking the annual pilgrimage.
The initiative included walking roof shades that accompanied devotees during the journey, tents for rest stops, mobile drying stations to help pilgrims dry themselves after travelling in the rain, and raincoats to provide protection from the monsoon. The activation also featured arch gates, wristbands and T-shirts as part of the on-ground experience.
Commenting on the initiative, Sandeep Tanwani, Chief Marketing Officer, Pidilite Industries, said, "At Pidilite, we believe that protection is most meaningful when it reaches people where they need it most. This year, through Dr. Fixit, we are taking our commitment at the Pandharpur Wari a step further by introducing our first-of-its-kind mobile drying stations, helping Warkaris dry off and continue their pilgrimage with greater ease during the monsoon. Alongside this, we are extending our initiative through walking roof shades, protective rain gear and tents to support devotees along the way."
According to the company, the initiative extends Dr. Fixit's promise of protection beyond buildings by supporting communities during one of Maharashtra's largest annual religious pilgrimages.
