Greenply Industries has launched TermiVax, which it describes as one of India's first vaccinated anti-termite plywood solutions powered by nanotechnology, with a patent application filed.
The technology is designed to provide lifetime protection against termites by integrating the anti-termite treatment into the plywood during the manufacturing process, rather than relying on conventional surface coatings or post-installation chemical treatments.
According to the company, the nanotechnology-based solution penetrates throughout the plywood to deliver comprehensive protection and has been tested and approved by the Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute (IPIRTI).

TermiVax will be available across Greenply's plywood portfolio, including Greenply Marine 710, Greenply Gold, Greenply Platinum, Greenply Club 500 and Greenply Club 700.
