Haldiram's sparks curiosity with teaser-led 'Acche Din' outdoor campaign

Haldiram's has launched a teaser-led outdoor campaign across Lucknow and Gorakhpur, using a minimalist creative approach centred around the phrase, 'Acche Din Aane Wale Hain!'

The bright red billboards feature no product visuals, campaign explanation or brand-led storytelling. Instead, the campaign relies on a bold white message against a red backdrop to spark curiosity and encourage conversations among commuters and social media users.

Designed as a two-city teaser campaign, the activation intentionally withholds details, inviting audiences to speculate before the brand unveils what the message is referring to.

Commenting on the campaign, Rajiv Singh, Head of Growth and Marketing, Haldiram's QSR chain, said, "Great campaigns are not always the answers, but sometimes strong questions which lead consumers to think. Coinciding with the national manifesto, this activation aims at encouraging people to engage with the strong message in their own way. We are delighted to see the conversations that have already sparked and look forward to sharing more in the coming times.”

The campaign stands out by stripping away conventional advertising elements, opting instead for a simple visual treatment and a familiar phrase to generate intrigue.

For now, Haldiram's is keeping the meaning behind the campaign under wraps, with the reveal expected in the coming days.
