Jopa Malantic has been elevated to the role of Global Brand Vice President – Sunsilk and TRESemmé at Unilever. In his new position, Malantic will be responsible for leading the global brand strategy, growth and innovation agenda for Sunsilk and TRESemmé, two of Unilever’s key haircare franchises.
Malantic announced the development through a LinkedIn post, describing the move as an exciting next chapter in his global leadership journey within the organisation. Prior to this elevation, he served as Global Brand Vice President for POND’S and AHC, where he led brand strategy across international markets.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Brand Vice President – Sunsilk and TRESemmé at Unilever,” Malantic said in his LinkedIn post.
Malantic has been associated with Unilever for over 14 years and brings more than two decades of experience across global FMCG brands. Over the course of his career, he has worked on leading international brands including Safeguard, Lacoste and BOSS Fragrances, SK-II, and Dove, building deep expertise across beauty, personal care and premium brand portfolios.
His elevation signals Unilever’s continued focus on strengthening global leadership across its core beauty and personal care brands.
