KFC has released a new collaboration video featuring actor Jaideep Ahlawat, centred on the Chicken Krisper Meal priced at ₹99. The video plays on Ahlawat’s familiar straight-faced persona, portraying him as unfazed across a range of intense and humorous scenarios, with the sight of the Chicken Krisper Meal finally prompting a smile.

The video opens with Ahlawat demonstrating how to stay expressionless, saying, “How to be an unbothered baddie like me,” before going through situations where nothing affects him. As a villain in a film, he shows no reaction. In a dramatic interrogation setting, his eyes convey threat but his expression does not change. Even when a director suggests a “cool dance,” he remains unmoved. It is only when he notices the Chicken Krisper Meal that his composure breaks, followed by shots of him enjoying the Chicken Krisper — made with peri peri chicken strips, a creamy tangy sauce and lettuce in a sesame bun — along with fries and a Pepsi.
The collaboration draws attention to the value positioning of the ₹99 Chicken Krisper Meal and uses Ahlawat’s understated humour to renew focus on what the brand identifies as an accessible entry-level offering.
