Škoda Auto India, in collaboration with BBH India, has rolled out a new integrated campaign titled ‘You Never Drive Alone’ to mark the launch of its brand-wide service programme, Škoda Super Care. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the ownership experience across Škoda Auto India’s entire product portfolio from 2026 onwards through a unified and transparent service framework.
Anchored by a brand film, the campaign positions driving as an experience defined by reassurance and peace of mind, rather than just mobility. The film follows a couple on a scenic drive, taking in the surroundings, before subtly revealing the presence of the Škoda Super Care team in the background—symbolising continuous support throughout the ownership journey. The narrative reflects Škoda’s expanding service footprint across 183 cities and its focus on consistent customer assistance across the vehicle lifecycle.

Škoda Super Care brings together a range of ownership benefits, including four years of warranty coverage and roadside assistance, along with four free services. It also introduces Škoda Check-in services at 1,000 km and 7,500 km, designed to establish early engagement between customers and service teams, while ensuring predictable and affordable service costs over time.

We chose to communicate it through feeling. The idea was to visualise support without making it loud, to show that reassurance can exist quietly in the background of a journey.”
The ‘You Never Drive Alone’ campaign is currently live across television, digital, print, and out-of-home platforms. Through restrained storytelling and emotional cues, it reinforces Škoda’s focus on long-term ownership confidence, combining periodic maintenance, extended warranty coverage, roadside assistance, and newly introduced check-in services into a single, value-led proposition for customers.
