Marcin Sosiński has been promoted to Chief Creative Officer, dentsu Central Europe. In his new role, he will oversee the development of the creative offering across the region.
His responsibilities include enhancing collaboration between markets, improving the quality of creative work, and co-creating the regional creative vision in partnership with leaders across media and growth functions. He will also focus on mentoring and developing local creative leadership teams.
"By developing our organization in Central Europe, we are building a structure that allows us to act faster and raise the level of creativity throughout the region. Expanding Marcin's role is an important step in this direction - it combines strong creative leadership with regional scale and the use of technology. Thanks to this, we can respond even more effectively to the needs of our clients and develop our business in the borderless cooperation model", said Krzysztof Mocek, Creative Practice Lead at dentsu Central Europe and Chief Growth Officer dentsu Polska.

Sosiński has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. Prior to joining dentsu, he spent more than 14 years at McCann Poland.
