PNG Jewellers has appointed actor Ranbir Kapoor as its new brand ambassador, with the association set to commence in January 2026. The move comes as the jewellery retailer continues to expand its national footprint while reinforcing its positioning around heritage, trust and craftsmanship.
Founded in 1832 and headquartered in Maharashtra, PNG Jewellers is led by Dr. Saurabh Gadgil and has been scaling its retail presence across India. The brand said the association with Kapoor reflects its intent to balance legacy with contemporary relevance as it targets a wider demographic base.
Kapoor will join the brand as an ambassador alongside the existing brand face. His role will focus on strengthening visibility for PNG Jewellers across markets through endorsements, advocacy and brand-led initiatives. There is no specific collection launch tied to the partnership, and the association is positioned as part of the brand’s longer-term retail and brand expansion strategy.
Speaking about the association, actor Ranbir Kapoor said, “PNG Jewellers stands for a legacy that has endured for generations, built on trust and values that truly resonate with me. Being part of a brand that respects tradition while embracing the future feels like a very natural association, and I am proud to join them on this journey.”
Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Saurabh Gadgil, Chairman and Managing Director, PNG Jewellers, said, “Ranbir Kapoor represents the perfect balance of heritage and modern aspiration. Just as PNG Jewellers has evolved over decades while staying true to its roots, Ranbir has carried forward an iconic legacy with authenticity and relevance. This partnership is not just about visibility, but about shared values and a common vision for the future.”
The company said the partnership marks a milestone in its brand-building efforts as it continues to expand beyond its strong regional base in Maharashtra into other national markets.
