realme is bringing a touch of Hogwarts to its smartphone portfolio through a new collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products for the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition.
The partnership follows realme’s earlier collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery on the realme 15 Pro Game of Thrones Limited Edition, extending the brand’s crossover strategy into another globally recognised entertainment franchise.
The Harry Potter edition draws on the wizarding world for its design, combining familiar elements from the franchise with realme’s contemporary aesthetic. The collaboration also introduces an exclusive co-branded logo connecting the identities of Harry Potter and realme.
“This collaboration marks a significant step in our journey to make technology more joyful and meaningful. Working with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products on a product inspired by Harry Potter allows us to create experiences that empower young people to discover their own magic. We are thrilled to invite fans worldwide to embrace the magic of Hogwarts and make their dreams real,” said Xu Qi (Chase Xu), Vice President and CMO of realme.
The collaboration builds on realme’s ‘Make it real’ brand philosophy and its stated global community of more than 300 million users. The brand sees the partnership as a way to combine technology with storytelling, while giving younger consumers products that offer a stronger sense of identity and fandom.
The Harry Potter edition is the second consecutive collaboration between realme’s number series and Warner Bros. Discovery, following the Game of Thrones edition. realme said it plans to continue expanding its crossover portfolio through global partnerships that bring together technology and creative storytelling.
