The insurer introduces character-led storytelling to link personal ambition with financial preparedness

SBI Life Appoints Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja as Brand Ambassadors

India, 20th January 2026: SBI Life Insurance has onboarded cricketers Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja as brand ambassadors and introduced them as ‘Jolly’ and ‘Polly’ in its new campaign aimed at reinforcing the role of life insurance in enabling individuals to pursue personal aspirations while securing family responsibilities.

The campaign is anchored in the brand’s philosophy, ‘Apne Liye, Apno Ke Liye’, and positions life insurance as a tool that allows individuals to balance ambition with long-term financial security. Through the two characters, SBI Life seeks to highlight that personal dreams and family commitments are not mutually exclusive.

‘Jolly’, portrayed by Pant, represents spontaneity and optimism, encouraging individuals to live fully while recognising the importance of financial planning. ‘Polly’, played by Jadeja, reflects composure and long-term thinking, guiding conversations around preparedness and responsibility. Together, the characters mirror everyday household conversations where aspirations are weighed alongside family obligations.

As part of the campaign rollout, SBI Life has released two television commercials set in everyday Indian contexts. The first film follows a young woman aspiring to become a wrestler, where concerns about financial security are addressed through life insurance planning. The second film portrays a man choosing to practise women’s rights law, with family members expressing concerns about financial stability, which are resolved through assurance of future protection. Both films conclude with the line: “Karo Poore Apne Iraade, Apno Se Kiye Sabhi Vaade”.
