Unilever has appointed Srinivas Phatak as its Chief Financial Officer, according to media reports.
Phatak took on the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer on 1 March 2025.
He has been with Unilever for over 25 years, working across various areas of business and corporate finance. Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy CFO and Controller, with responsibility for Performance and Stewardship for the Group.
From 2017 to mid-2021, Phatak was CFO for Hindustan Unilever Limited and VP Finance South Asia.
