SUGAR Cosmetics Celebrates Pujo Success with Prosenjit Chatterjee

SUGAR Cosmetics, a leading omnichannel beauty brand in India, celebrated the success of its Durga Pujo campaign with Tollywood superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee on Ashtami day. The event featured the announcement of the campaign winner, who will act in Chatterjee's production house.

The festive season was marked by a heartwarming TV commercial (TVC) featuring Prosenjit Chatterjee and actress Kausambi Chakraborty. The campaign invited aspiring actors to give a missed call to enter a contest, resulting in over 13,000 registrations and 50 shortlisted candidates for final auditions. During the finale at Ballygunge Cultural Pandal, Anisha Banerjee was crowned the winner.

At the event, Prosenjit Chatterjee, alongside Vineeta Singh and Kaushik Mukherjee, co-founders of SUGAR Cosmetics, unveiled the new SUGAR Partner in Shine Transferproof Lip Gloss, a product eagerly anticipated by makeup enthusiasts.

Commenting on the campaign's success, Kaushik Mukherjee, Co-founder and COO of SUGAR Cosmetics, said, “This year, we took our Durga Puja celebrations to the next level. The enthusiasm shown by over 13,000 participants wishing to act in Prosenjit da’s production house is overwhelming. With the launch of our Partner in Shine Lip Gloss, SUGAR Cosmetics remains committed to enhancing the lives of millions of women we serve.”

The campaign's TVC aired across prominent Bengali television channels and was promoted through digital platforms, social media, and influencer collaborations throughout Kolkata.
